Performed HVAC work for Wright Construction Group. We pumped down and made safe existing DX split systems, and cut, capped, and removed all existing ductwork, equipment, and exhaust fans. We installed variable volume air handlers with VFDs, condensing units furnished by others, a wall-mounted ductless mini-split system, and VAV terminals. We also fabricated and installed all supply, return, and outdoor air ductwork, along with fire/smoke and control dampers, air distribution devices, DDC controls, refrigerant piping, and provided start-up, test and balance, and a one-year parts and labor warranty on the completed systems.
