Performed HVAC work for the general contractor, Gates. We installed Trane rooftop/packaged units, Trane OAU rooftop/packaged units, mini-split AHUs with condensing units, and VAV boxes with factory-mounted controls. We also fabricated and installed all ductwork and ductboard, along with refrigerant piping, air distribution devices, roof fans, and gravity relief vents throughout the clubhouse.
