Apartments-
Performed HVAC work for the general contractor, Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc. We installed Goodman air handling units, condensing units, and mini-split AHUs across the residences. We also fabricated and installed all ductwork and ductboard, along with refrigerant piping, air distribution devices, dryer boxes, and bath exhaust fans throughout the apartments.
Clubhouse-
Performed HVAC work for the general contractor, Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc. We installed Goodman air handling units, condensing units, and a mini-split AHU serving the clubhouse. We also fabricated and installed all ductwork and ductboard, along with refrigerant piping, control dampers, a CO2 sensor for the clubroom, and air distribution devices, fans, and roof caps.
